Managing Partner and Founder
Integrated Quality Services (IQS) was founded in 2012 by Lorraine Daniels.
Lorraine and her team of associates met through the Industrial Engineering Ph.D program at ASU. They all found that they had common interests, continuous improvement and dogs allowed them to form strong bonds.
Lorraine is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She started using Lean in the 1980's at Digital Equipment Corporation. She received her Six Sigma knowledge from Motorola where she was one of a few instructors / coaches for Motorola's external Six Sigma training and consulting business.
In addition to training, she has developed course material including slides, handouts, job aids, games, case studies, and instructor guides for a variety of companies. Lorraine was also a technical editor for the isixsigma magazine.
